Review: The Ballad of Wallis Island

Charles, played by Tim Key, has won the lottery and lives on the remote Wallis Island. He manages to persuade his favourite folk duo, played by Carey Mulligan and Tom Basden, to reunite and perform again on the island. This is a warm, funny but also at times melancholy film with multiple award nominations, including three BAFTA’s.
